Scott Christian College of Arts & Science

Description
The Scott Christian College enjoys continuity with the school founded in 1809 at Mylaudy by the Rev. William Tobias Ringeltaube, the pioneering missionary of the London Missionary Society in South Travancore. In 1893, it was elevated to a Second Grade College affiliated to the University of Madras with twelve students under Rev. Dr. James Duthie as the first Principal. Rev. Parker built the Science Block for the College in 1908-1910 with a legacy of £1000 from the family of Mr. Septimus Scott and a grant from the government of Travancore. The Library was equipped with up-to-date volumes which ran up to 4000 in 1924.

Scott was the place where I gotta establish myself. Started off within the four walls in the classroom & the journey goes on the way celebrating life... Beautiful infrastructure full of greeneries... Super friendly atmosphere & excellent teachers... Celebrating 128 yrs of excellence!!!!

The Scott Christian College is in kottar parvathipuram, nagercoil the college has an huge area full of trees and also having good infrastructures with huge play ground, also full of trees ecofriendly. The college is coed and it's an autonomous.the entrance looks very nice.
Good Atmosphere and Teaching Staff
College with good atmosphere and good teaching staff. Scott Cafe is also awesome. Play ground is too good.
