Lord Jegannath College of Engineering and Technology (LJCET) was established in the year 2006. The college was founded and run by PSN Education and Charitable Trust, P.S. Nadar Building, court road, Nagercoil. The trust was founded with a view of promoting the technical education to the neglected rural youth by the great visionary Dr. P. Suyambu Nadar, our chairman along with his team of charitable personalities as board of trustees. Our chairman has succeeded in achieving his dreams and now because of his efforts he runs eight educational institutions including five Engineering colleges, two polytechnics, two college of education and a medical college in the making. Our chairman is a learned person with a Doctorate in Law.

Great Learning and Research Opportunities
I did both UG (B.E-ECE) and PG (M.E-Communication Systems) degrees at Lord Jegannath College of Engineering and Technology. The faculty members in the ECE department are highly qualified and experienced. Apart from academics, we had opportunities to participate in workshops, seminars, and conferences. Their guidance was helping me publish a paper at a conference during my project period. It is situated near a beautiful hill area, which yields the campus a peaceful environment.
